The Upper Room Men’s Morning Study ยท Last updated September 2, 2026
The program
The Upper Room is a free men’s Bible study that meets on Zoom Monday through Friday from 6:00 to 7:00 AM Mountain Time. There is no purchase required and no paid tier. Participation is voluntary and open to men from Christian traditions who can engage the room respectfully.
The Zoom link is intentionally public. Signing up is optional and adds reminder texts, email logistics when an email is provided, and access to The Wall.
Text messages
- By submitting the signup form with the consent checkbox or texting JOIN to (844) 641-1627, you agree to recurring Upper Room messages: a weekday reminder at 5:45 AM MT, confirmation messages, and occasional schedule announcements.
- New web signups must reply YES before recurring reminders begin. An administrator may also confirm a member who has directly given permission.
- Message frequency is generally five reminders per week plus occasional operational messages. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. You may also pause or delete your record at the self-service leave page.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The Wall and the wider community
The Wall is the members-only community built into this site. Upper Room Community is an optional, separate Mighty Networks community. They serve different purposes, and no participant is required to use both.
Private concerns on The Wall are intended only for the member and an authenticated administrator. This is a pastoral communication feature, not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Conduct
Bring honesty, patience, and respect. Do not harass other participants, publish another man’s private story, use the study or its communities for unsolicited promotion, disrupt the meeting, or submit unlawful or abusive content. The organizers may moderate content or remove access when necessary to protect the room.
Recordings
If a gathering or study portion will be recorded, the host will announce it. You may keep your camera off, change your display name, or leave before recording begins. Recordings may be shared through the study archive or the SEER Scriptures channel.
No professional advice
Prayer, peer support, and Bible discussion are not substitutes for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency services. Participants remain responsible for seeking qualified help when needed.
Availability and changes
The schedule, study plan, communities, and messaging features may change as the ministry grows. We may update these terms; the current version will remain on this page.
