The Upper Room is a free, weekday gathering for Christian men from every tradition. We pray, open the Old and New Testaments, speak honestly about real life, and leave ready to serve our homes with greater faith and humility.

Catholic, Protestant, Latter-day Saint, non-denominational: if you are a man seeking Jesus Christ, there is a seat at this table.
We stay in the Old and New Testaments, ask honest questions, pray for one another, and connect the Word to marriage, fatherhood, work, temptation, purpose, and the burdens men often carry alone.
Men can be honest here without performing or turning the room into a denominational contest. We seek Christ alongside one another.
Join from home. Bring a Bible if you have one. Participate as much or as little as you are ready for.
We begin by putting Jesus Christ at the center of the room and the day ahead.

Being a father of four and owning two businesses, the noise and demands of the world can make it difficult to keep Christ at the center. I needed a place where I could quiet that noise, recharge spiritually, and refocus my heart on Jesus Christ. There is something powerful about standing beside other men who want to become better husbands, fathers, and disciples by following Jesus together.
